Most clients feel a shift in how they think about a problem within the first two or three sessions. Durable changes in behaviour — the ones your team notices — tend to land over six to twelve weeks of consistent work.
2Do we meet online or in person?
Most engagements run over video, which lets me work with leaders across Europe and North America. If you're in or near Lisbon, we can meet in person for deep-dive sessions and offsites.
3What if it's not working for me?
We review fit and progress at the end of the first month, and again at each quarter. If the partnership isn't earning its place, we'll say so plainly and part on good terms — no lock-in beyond the current month.
4Is everything we discuss confidential?
Completely. I hold to the ICF Code of Ethics. When a company sponsors the coaching, we agree up front on what — if anything — is shared, and it's never the content of our sessions.
