FOLDWELL no. 24 — dot grid

no. 24 — the Standard, A5 dot grid

Foldwell makes a lay-flat, dot-grid notebook for builders — thick enough for a whole side project, thin enough for a back pocket. No app, no login, no notifications. Just paper that gets out of your way.
Ships free across the EU — and there's a sticker sheet in every box.
what's inside

Built for the messy middle.

Every decision — paper, binding, cover, corners — is made for the way a real project actually gets built. Here's what you get.

Dot grid, done right

A soft 5 mm dot grid in warm gray ink. There when you want structure for a diagram, invisible the moment you start writing.

Lies flat, stays open

A layflat binding that holds its page while you sketch a wireframe, wire up an idea, or take a call with both hands free.

The Ship Log up front

Twelve week-planner spreads to scope your next release, an index to find anything, then 160 clean pages to fill however you like.

Tough enough to travel

A water-resistant kraft cover, rounded corners that won't dog-ear, and an elastic band that keeps your pen where you left it.

the notebooks

Three sizes, one obsession.

Same paper, same binding, same stubbornly good build. Pick the one that fits your pocket and your project.

I've bought maybe thirty notebooks chasing the one that disappears while you work. This is the first that actually did.

our story

Two makers, a small press, and a lot of ruined prototypes.

We started Foldwell in 2021 after wearing out one too many notebooks that couldn't keep up with a build. Every batch is still assembled by hand, checked page by page, and shipped in recycled kraft. If yours ever falls apart before the last page, we'll replace it — no forms, just a note.
