We specify a tight palette of six or seven materials per home and let them do the work. Nothing is chosen for the photograph — every surface is picked for how it feels underfoot and under hand, and for how it will look after a decade of use.

1. 01 Enquiry & first visit We walk the space with you, listen to how you actually live in it, and agree the scope, budget and a fixed design fee. No obligation, no charge. Week 1
2. 02 Concept & mood A direction for the whole home — plans, references and a physical materials board you can hold — presented in person and refined together. Weeks 2 – 5
3. 03 Design development Everything resolved: measured layouts, joinery drawings, lighting, and a full furniture & finishes schedule with real prices before anything is ordered. Weeks 6 – 12
4. 04 Sourcing & procurement We order, track and quality-check every piece — vintage, bespoke and trade — and coordinate directly with your builder and craftspeople. Weeks 12 – 24
5. 05 Install & styling We manage delivery and the install day, hang the art, dress the shelves, and hand over a home that is genuinely finished — down to the last book. Install day
